Real Estate in 2008 , the TIME TO BUY IS NOW

What can we expect in 2008?, the last months of 2007 we saw a decrease in sales basically because of the Mortgage Loans and expectatives of lower prices. There were some neighborhoods that  prices went down in a percentage of -10% and -20%.

There were zones (specially close to the beach) that they maintained the prices, only some units (mostly owned by investors) that they lowered the prices in order to get rid of them fast. That make the appraisal prices went down.

I think that in 6-8 month we are going to reach the bottom prices and it's going to be a slow rebound on prices. People keep coming to live in Miami Dade and Broward from all South America. And also Banks need to loan money , that's their business.
